Hi ! Really good job I think there should be a "suggestions" topic (or forum) Here is some additional suggestions that could make the engine used like the ultimate signature generator : - Add options to hide/show cloak - Add options to set the size of the picture - Add "anchors" to position the different elements of the picture (for example, left, center etc) - Add options to zoom / rotate the 3D model - Customizable font and color - Customizable background, using gradiant colors or an URL to a picture

- Add options to hide/show cloak
Should be done very soon - Add options to set the size of the picture
This will be possible, but we have a few issues to solve first. - Add "anchors" to position the different elements of the picture (for example, left, center etc) - Customizable font and color
I'll have to think a bit about that. We will probably provide templates, but I don't know yet how customizable they will be. - Add options to zoom / rotate the 3D model
While technicaly easy to do, making a pratical interface for that one might be tricky. Maybe we can get something done by using the wowModelViewer to setup the camera position (or even character pose). But that's just wild ideas for now. - Customizable background, using gradiant colors or an URL to a picture
I may add the gradiant color to the default redering soon based on the character faction. I'm not sure the URL to a picture will ever be possible for technical restrictions (and because this can be abused to store images that we don't want on our server).

You mean having a character with an npc skin, and your current equipement ? There is a slight issue with that. The skin usualy rely on a specific setup of the base equipement (boots, gloves, robe, ...). That's something we call geosets. If one use a skin without the proper geoset, the result will probably be weird. On the other hand, if we make the equipement fixed, there would be no real point of having him automaticaly update right ?

No i dont mean creature skins, but allmost all wow models has alternative skins (night elves, tauren, and dranei dont afaik), anyway theese skins are identical to normal skins just not accessable to players. to view them use wow modelviewer and then in one of the drop down menus(cant remember what one) you can select use npc skins. Can you do the same here?

I don't mean to answer inplace of yazoo but, "if it's possible using the wowmodelviewer, it should be possible here". However, I know that certain NPC have "cooked" skins. That is, their 3d model with the texture is already prepared. It's not a base model you have in the data where the game puts some gear on it. It's a pre-cooked 3d model with texture that is present. For example, Matron Tikkit, http://www.wowwiki.com/Matron_Tikkit, looks like a brown female orc, but there is no such base skin in the data. It comes with the robe built-in on the texture. So, no, you can't tweak your skin to look like a brown orc, sorry

I was talking about those skins So as I said, that would be possible, but may cause blitch in the equipement.

I would like an option to hide the name and other text stuff from the close up window. The picture is very nice and I use it as avatar picture when combining it with a signature generator like the one here: http://armory.mmo-champion.com/create_sig.phpThe text is already there so if I could choose to remove it that would be great! Also would like to suggest better zoom on the full body view, it's very small now. Or even have a half body view maybe? Keep up the good work!

Hi again, have you considered the text thing? Seen others try it out and if you have long names the tend to dominate the picture and be in the way of the nice picture of the character. Maybe put a small panel below the picture having the text or something like a nameplate.

That's an interesting idea, I'll see to get that as an alternate layout.

Another future improvement that could be great but that should require some work is to make an animated sig (animated GIF) using the model's animations (for example EmoteDance etc.)
